This belief took root in my early twenties when I first heard Simon Sinek’s Start With Why in a university lecture. It changed how I saw creative work — not just as something to make, but something to mean something. That lens shaped my first design project, which ended up featured in Dezeen, and set me on a fast-track creative career with top agencies and global brands around the world from wieden + kennedy in amsterdam to virtue/vice and native design in london.
But the real win wasn’t the accolades — it was the clarity. When you know your why, you stop chasing, and start choosing.
